Why Agencies Partner With Us
You keep the relationship. We carry the logistics load.
Group travel is one of the most profitable parts of your book — and one of the most time-consuming to execute well. Every group has its own budget, its own personalities, its own moving parts: transportation, lodging, meals, activities, insurance, last-minute changes. Building that in-house for a handful of groups a year isn't worth the overhead. That's where we come in.
Custom-built, not off-the-shelf. Every itinerary starts from scratch around your client's group — their purpose, timeline, and budget. No packaged tours we bend to fit. No cutting corners to protect our margin at the expense of your client's experience.
One coordinator, start to finish. Your point of contact doesn't change halfway through planning, and it isn't a call center. One person owns the trip from first proposal to final departure — which means fewer dropped details and faster answers when your client asks a question.
Domestic and international, same standard. Whether it's a weekend motor coach trip three states over or a two-week international mission trip, the process is the same: built around the group, not around what's easiest for us to sell.
We stay in our lane. We operate as your back-office group travel department — not a competitor for your client. Your agency's name stays on the relationship; we handle what happens behind the curtain.

How Group Travel Works with Mission City Tours
You Bring the Group
Tell us who's traveling, where, when, and what budget you're working with.
We Build the Itinerary
Your group's coordinator designs a full custom proposal — transportation, lodging, meals, activities, pricing — ready for you to present.
Your Present - We Refine
You stay the front-facing advisor. We adjust the itinerary and pricing until it's right for your client.
We Execute - You Get Paid
Once it's booked, we run every detail of the trip — while your agency earns its commission and keeps the relationship.
What We Handle
Full itinerary design — domestic and international
Transportation coordination (motorcoach, airfare, cruise)
Lodging and meal booking
Activities, private events, and exclusive access
A dedicated tour director on every trip
Day-of logistics and on-site problem-solving
Group sizes of 25+ — schools, churches, senior groups, HOAs, nonprofits, mission trips, and affinity groups
Not a Threat to Your Book — An Extension of It
We know the fear the moment "we handle groups too" comes up: does this mean I lose the client?
No.
We don't market to your clients, we don't rebrand your groups, and we don't insert ourselves into your agency's relationship.
We're the operator working underneath your brand — the reason you can say yes to a 40-person mission trip to Peru or a 60-person choir tour without hiring a full-time group logistics coordinator to make it happen.

FAQ
Do I lose control of the client relationship?
No. You remain the advisor of record. We build and execute the trip; you own the communication and the relationship.
What's the Commission Structure?
Every trip is quoted on net rates and you can add your markup at the end of the quoting process.
What group sizes and trip types do you handle?
25 travelers minimum, no maximum. Domestic and international. Schools, churches, senior adults, HOAs, nonprofits, mission trips, and other affinity groups.
How fast can you turn around a proposal?
Every proposal is a custom trip. We will have a proposal to you under 2 weeks.
What if something goes wrong on the trip?
A dedicated tour director travels with every group, and your group coordinator is reachable throughout — problems get solved on-site, not escalated back to you mid-trip.
